The production halls are located on 70,000 sq.m. of which 33,000 sq.m. are a covered area.
“Metal” AD has the most modern installations of the German company FRECH for pressure casting of magnesium, aluminum and zinc aluminum alloys, ensuring high quality and productivity. To achieve the set criteria for appearance, the company has robots for grinding and polishing details of leading Bulgarian companies.
“Metal” AD has the latest generation of GIULIANI machines for the production and assembly of secret locks, for stretching and cutting keys. The company also has fully automated systems for cutting the keys of leading Bulgarian companies in the field of aromatization. Offers BDS thumb locks and DIN thumb locks in all sizes and types – single-sided, double-sided, handle and RIM locks, padlocks with a high degree of security.
“Metal” JSC has installations for galvanic coating of CAM and steel – zinc, satin, chrome, nickel or polished brass, with an installation for powder painting.
The press sector has presses from 25t to 160t. with feeders guaranteeing accuracy and precision when punching. The company also has a dedicated section for stamping brass with 400 and 600 t. presses.
The products we produce comply with BDS, BDS EN, BDS ISO and DIN standards. The company has a laboratory for internal testing of the products according to the standards.
The company is certified under the ISO 9001 quality management system.
